Cut/ muscle stack

Previously worked out 5/6 days a week for the last 5 yrs. started at 150lbs currently at 194lb 15% bf.

Been out of the gym for about 30 days due to moving and job transfer. Ready to go in hard. Currently using macros 40 p. 30 carb. 10 fat. Will being lowering carbs a bit for the next 12 weeks. While jumping back in im looking to cut body fat while building lean muscle mass. Any advice in PH or natty supps would def be appreciated.

XGels stacked with CEL EpiPlex would be a great mass building stack.

Throw in some SNS Yohimbine 2.5 + TTA500 for some nice fat burner.

Cutting body fat while simultaneously gaining muscle is difficult to do naturally. Cutting fat requires a calorie deficit, and gaining muscle requires a calorie surplus. I would aim for one goal for an 8-12 week period, and then adjust your goals accordingly after the 8-12 weeks. Trying to do both at the same time will most likely result in spinning your wheels.

As mentioned above, X-gels would be a good option, but this product will work best if you're in a calorie surplus with a focus on gaining weight/muscle. You can using while in a calorie defiict, but it would be a better use of your money to use ArA in a surplus.

Can I get some clarification on this? Obviously those are not grams or you would be dead. And if they're percentages, they don't add up to 100%.

Do you mean you're trying to recomp? Or is one of cutting fat or building muscle a priority? This information, as well as some clarification on diet, will help with supplement suggestions.

Anabeta Elite stack Ara, Monstrous ... irrespective of the period.
Let's say, 100% are bulk, 90% are cut.
