For a little background. I spent 10 years in the US Army Infantry. I did 2 tours (04-05, 07-08) in Iraq and 1 (09) in Afghaistan. I was awarded a Purple Heart in Iraq dismounted from a vehicle I was blown through a wall from an improvised explosive device (I.E.D.). Then a second one in 2009 in Afghanistan as a mounted gunner in a humvee from another I.E.D.
The doctors told me I was done, and that I was going to be retired. I had maxofacial reconstruction, and found out that from my injuries in Iraq I had my C2-3 fused from the blast and going through the wall, and my L3-5 where buldging and sitting on my spinal cord. For 2 years I couldnt do anything and I blew up to 212 lbs and a 42" waist and walked with a cane.
That's when I said I had to do something and I got back into the gym and have been lifting 6 days a week for the last 2 years. So, I'm getting better and now trying to get to those final points. Thats when I found Supernova on here, and following others logs. I wanted to post my own. So this is day 1 and I will keep my log going as I work through this bottle. So here's my starting points.
Hope you all enjoy the log, and let me know what you think. dsade and anyone else that wants to follow along.
