For a little background. I spent 10 years in the US Army Infantry. I did 2 tours (04-05, 07-08) in Iraq and 1 (09) in Afghaistan. I was awarded a Purple Heart in Iraq dismounted from a vehicle I was blown through a wall from an improvised explosive device (I.E.D.). Then a second one in 2009 in Afghanistan as a mounted gunner in a humvee from another I.E.D.
The doctors told me I was done, and that I was going to be retired. I had maxofacial reconstruction, and found out that from my injuries in Iraq I had my C2-3 fused from the blast and going through the wall, and my L3-5 where buldging and sitting on my spinal cord. For 2 years I couldnt do anything and I blew up to 212 lbs and a 42" waist and walked with a cane.
20170408_110030.jpg

That's when I said I had to do something and I got back into the gym and have been lifting 6 days a week for the last 2 years. So, I'm getting better and now trying to get to those final points. Thats when I found Supernova on here, and following others logs. I wanted to post my own. So this is day 1 and I will keep my log going as I work through this bottle. So here's my starting points.

Hope you all enjoy the log, and let me know what you think. dsade and anyone else that wants to follow along.

Which areas will you be applying SN?
Good luck
I am applying it to my entire mid-section and as much of my lower back that I can reach.

Diet is definetly in check. Before the Army I went to college for Sports Nutriton. The only reason I got so big is because I was following doctor's orders. When I stopped listening to doctor's and got back into the gym. I got better. And I cant wait to be completely healed and back to normal

In the words of layne Norton certain Dr's need to stick to what they do if they aren't nutritionists then they don't need to be telling others how to eat or what to eat. I've seen so many drs starve but guys because they think that's the best way to lose. Keep up the hard work man!
