Anabolic recommends, strength, slight bulk and lean?

Im 42, been training for over 10years and some PH experience a few years ago.

been slacking off for a while and want to bring out what i still have, slight build on and cut up a bit for holiday
(asking too much i know).
I always aim for more gains but now realize none of it will look any good untill the fat has gone.
yet i still want something that will give me strength, hardness and build and define and also let me cut and work on my stomach.

any recommends and for in the UK?


just been researching Anafuse, Follidrone, Xfactor and Anabeta

I am currently maintaing my calories and starting 16hr fasts with added cardio. id estimate i am around 12% BF, slight see abs if i try etc


any advise and uk seller advise please

I have used Follidrone both versions and find it to be an effective product and one of the best in terms of natural anabolics, there are a few logs and plenty of feedback of it on this forum, I have also used X-Factor, ARA, this was also an effective product and allowed for me to maintain all of my gains during a PCT from an 8 week halodrol and trenavar cycle back in 2015,

I also follow intermittent fasting 16/8 and usually combine with Ketogenic dieting, it is much easier to fit the calories in a smaller window when they are reduced to lower body fat. I am also running PSMF, with the IF, which involves eating 190-200 grams of protein, then minimal carbs and fats which results in around 900-1100 calories per day after calories from broccoli and greens powder are added in and low amounts of fats and carbs from chicken breast and the 6 grams of omega 3 i consume daily.

X gels by SNS or Epi Plex by CEL would both fit your needs. If you wanted to go the pro hormone route there are some quality sources for DMZ and Msten still around

im avoided PH this time as i fight the gyno after too much

anafuse same ingredient as folli plus some extra. its just finding a site now

Cant go wrong with either of those! Seriously consider looking into X gels to add in. One of the most proven natural products on the market. Good luck brother

you know i would choose very wisely . We can all be taken in by good reviews of products and its never clear who s pushing those reviews.

Ive looked at Anabeta elite before for my own use , but one thing i always do is an independent research on the ingredients in the product .

as an example lodhra the first ingredient mentioned on the label According to this website it has the following uses

X-Gels and Epi-plex would be a great stack. Also, at your age, you could also consider an M-Test and X-Gels run. I ran each solo and was happy with my results.

MassMax XT, Anabeta Elite, AlphaMax XT, ArA are my top. About to start a log of MassMax xt , AlphaMax xt and ArA as well if you are on a budget, I'd stick to ArA training days only and get quality staple supplements.

I think problem is people are expecting these products to have effects similar to AAS or SARMS, which currently is not the case with any natural product, when muscle gain is relatively slow with AAS to start with.

I find these natural products work well when running PCT or during OFF periods but are no where near as potent in their effects, but do provide a slight edge to those who find every % improvement in performance and body composition worth the £ or $.

what annoys me is the claims that are made by the manufacturer.you take as an example the advert below on follidrone 2.0.-muscle mass; fat loss ;recomp etc you can almost see the numerous exclamation marks after each one , Bold statements that leave you in no doubt that you purchase this product then thats what youll get.While some have raved over it , others have not .Every statement on that ad should imo be prefixed with "may contribute to" leaving you no doubt about it may or may not work.
Thats the problem i have with these products , statements are made with no literature that im aware of to support their claims and some carry ingredients when researched bare no relation to physique improvement at all.

Not all people who receive a free product leave positive feedback. Hell, if you look at my logs/reviews here and elsewhere, you would see that. Of course, not everyone is honest and I agree with you on that stance. But to state that there is going to be a positive bias because one receives a free product is putting EVERYONE under an umbrella, which is not fair.

^^^^truth...DMAA enthusiasts love the hell out of Meso, I felt it was a 3, 3.5 to me. I stated that in my review. Also, I didn't like the prop blend of the ingredients that benefit muscle growth.
