Rosehip extract worth it

I've been feeling a little cold lately and after investigating about my new supplements, it seems the culprit is rosehip. Started taking it a week ago for immune support.
I'm not liking the decreased body temperature very much as I keep my home quite cool. I'll try taking it only in the mornings as my workplace is a bit warm on the contrast.
If rosehip lowers body temp, does that mean it decreases fat loss from energy expenditure?
Anyone else used it long term and can share impressions?

Also noted straight away that I was peeing more and urine is darker. Not much of a problem. Is this related to kidney detox benefit that rosehip is supposed to have?
