Assass1nate dose two caps at twice per day before your two most carb-heavy meals.
Sup3r-7 is two caps per day, with food.
Yohimbine HCl should be dosed away from food. If you do cardio, use it before that. The studied dosage is 0.2mg/kg of bodyweight, but as I'm sure you know, start low and work up gradually. I usually use caffeine at the same time as yohimbine. Obviously both are stimulants, don't use them too close to bedtime.
