Just wondering what supplements people take during extended training sessions?
I'm not talking about weight lifting, but rather MMA/Striking 2-3 hour sessions.
Bcaa's?
Hydra Head Six By Antaeus Labs? This looks interesting.
Otherwise bringing a protein bar and smashing it half way through the session? They don't seem to agree with me most of the time tho.
