Maybe not. The ergo-log article is new which is why I posted.

Yeah titan is some good stuff and Danes knows it Gonna run it again with some HH6 for 8 weeks soon. 4 weeks and it just started getting good.

In 4 weeks it basically did what other natty supps do in 8 minimum. Gained maybe 2lbs of lean mass but for a natty supp it was well worth it. Have realistic expectations and you should be pleased with the results. I'll link my log later.
