Berberine is a great GDA, but probably best for recomp/cuts. NA-R-ALA is great (still) for overall health as well. Decent doses of Cinnulin and Corosolic Acid are good. I wouldn't use anything else "GDA" related on a bulk.

Right off the bottle:

Directions: Consume 2 capsules 10-20 minutes before a meal containing 50-100g of Carbohydrates twice per day, separated by 6-8 hours. Preferably one does should be consumed with per workout meal. For weight loss user's should consume 1 capsule 10-20 minutes before a meal containing at least 25g Carbohydrates 2-4 times per day.

SlinMax is the way to go. Using it for the past couple weeks and have no complaints. No bloating with cheat meals so for me it's working well

1) 500mg for around 50-100g carbs I think
2) NA-R-ALA timing doesn't matter. It doesn't get eliminated for around ~22 hours. Berberine should be used pre-meal (consider it to be the herbal non-extended release metformin)

Slinmax is good, but with Berberine, I don't suggest it on a bulk. It's been highly debated in the past, and I didn't really take Berberine's underlying MOAs and whatnot as something that would stop hypertrophy, but after doing more digging around other various forums and reading posts by some of their resident smarty's opinions, I will never use Berberine during a bulk.

Berberine was shown to be as effective as the prescription drug Metformin. You'll need to dose up to 1500mg Berberine split into 2-3 doses per day.

Typically, you want to take any anti-oxidant supplements away from your workout as it can inhibit hypertrophy, but of course, it comes down to certain situations and other substances being used.

I'd stick with:

Na-R-Ala: 300-600mg twice per day
Berberine: 500mg three times per day
Cinnunlin: 300mg twice per day.

Yes sir. I usually just dose before making my meal or 20-30 minutes prior.

I've personally been using Predator by chaos and pain. The star of the formula is Super Berberine . Love it.

Other honorable mentions are the old anabeta and slinmax

Slintensity is the best ive ever used and my go to, just throwing in my 2 cents.

For the record I never got to try recompadrol before it got put down like an injured racehorse.

Didn't care for AP but with GDA's I think the whole "your mileage may vary" applies more here than anything else, guys react to GDA's very differently per compound, you may just have to trial and error to see what you like best.

Yea when bulking I generally take SlinMax right before the meal, when cutting I space it out by 20 minutes or so.

Yes, that is coming right up! Would one feel hypo if a dose is not followed up with a meal (as the directions indicate) and therefore must be dosed as a standard GDA product would be? Or would one feel fine if stacked with a stim fat burner and not followed up with some carbs?

Going to depend on compound(s) involved. Some can drop blood sugar too low and cause hypo symptoms while others can still have blood glucose effects and not cause one to go hypo.

I am hoping it will not give the hypo affect as this should be great to stack with a stim fat burner...if you don't have to force yourself to eat something directly after dosing.
