Stinging Nettle can indirectly free up test by inhibiting SHBG, which is a sex hormone that can limit natural testosterone. So indirectly it can boost testosterone production and can lead to muscle gain. It can also prevent testosterone from converting to DHT.

In terms of test boosting, yes it can be effective. But if you're looking for a test booster with an AI, I would either add in an AI or get an all in one product.
