Hey older guys, 35+ yrs of age. Just wondering ehat your experience was with BCAAs.

I was never one to supplement with BCAAs as ive tried it in my mid 20s and had really no effect. Now that im in my mid 30s i seem to have more aches and pains from weight lifting. They go away in a couple days so its not so much injury, just age lol.

Anyway, i was talking with a friend my age about us getting older and more aches and pains from lifting and he said he started taking BCAAs and its helped him a lot. It has got me intrigued to say the least.

Are tha aches and pains more joint related? Or Muscle Soreness?

BCAA's wont be something to resolve Aches and Pains. If you have aches and pains (mostly joint pain i assume) You may want to look into
Scivation Flexatril, PES genoflex, or SNS Joint XT
I would also make sure your takinga 2-3g of EPA/DHA from a fishoil as well to help you with overall joint health.
A good multi-vitamin to throw into the mix as well would be Orange Triad (offers joint support)

Cissus and Bulk Elastamine are great for joints/joint health.

If it is muscle soreness first make sure these are taken care of
1) dietary needs (eating enough for proper recovery
2) Adequate sleep (at least 6-8 hours a night)
3) Proper Form (most people do lifts incorrectly over time which leads to wear and tear on their body
4) Stretching/Rumble Rolling to help with muscle repair and soreness

Then i would look into things such as:

LCLT (~2g)
Synerglut (~2g)
Citrulline Malate (6-8g)
HICA (1-1.5g)
Creatine (3-5g)
Betaine (2.5g)
Peak02 (4g) Can be found in Bulk via Primaforce or in Scivation xtend perform

a good product would be PES Ergonine which covers most of these to aid in overall performance, endurance, and recovery

Flexatril by Scivation gets a ton of great feedback on here.
Check out some of the logs: People experience relief within a week sometimes every 3-4 days their joints are already feeling better Rocket3015 is currently logging it and at the young age of 58 already saw relief in 4 days.

That's the first time you ever called me Young !!! Not only did the Flexatril make my joints feel better it even moved me from Old Man status to being Young. All joking aside if you are having Joint Pain regardless of your age give Flexatril a try, it is The Real Deal game changer !!

Looks like TheSolution has you covered. SNS joint support xt or Flexatril would be a great pick up.

Save your money unless you are an Olympic Athlete doing two, 3 hour workouts each day - maybe.

Protein contains the AAA's - ALL the Amino Acids.

Try bulk 95% Curcumin w/ Piperine for aches.
