Hi guys
Is am new to this forum.
Have any of you used either N2SLIN or Glycolog, if so which is better?
They both claim a lot..
Thanks
Welcome to the forums. I used Need2Slin a few years back, and thought it was a decent product. I've never tried Glycolog, but the profile on the product looks decent.
With nutrient partitioners and glucose disposal products, I typically look for a few key ingredients-
Na-R-Ala - can reduce blood sugar and improves muscle glycogen storage
Banaba - can improve insulin sensitivity and glucose transportation in the body
Berberine - activates AMPK to improve glucose transportation and insulin sensitivity
Na-R-Ala is usually the most expensive and effective ingredient in GDA products, so it will often not be included due to price. If you're interested in options besides the two mentioned, I would recommend either Slinmax or Burn 24. Slinmax contains a solid profile to improve insulin sensitivity and help with glycogen storage
