I know for most things it's usually 2 months so the effects don't lessen. Can't find anything on the bottle or website, but would 3 months be unnecessary?

Suggestion is to use for 8 weeks and then cycle off as effects do diminish after a while (think cost: benefit ratio), but nothing adverse would happen if you were to use kingsblood for 3 months.

Would adding SNS Reduce XT to the end help with coritsol/stress?
