  1. Recommemd me a fat burner at very low BF%

I believe I am roughly at 6% bodyfat right now. I feel very sensitive to stims right now. Been on keto for about a month. I take CU preworkout. Do you think there is a supplement that would bump me down to 5% without making my heart explode. I am thinking Evomuse DCP

side note: this will be fun to test a fat burner out. at this low body fat i think ill notice anything and everything

Awesome recommendations here, DCP & Supernova in particularmade a huge difference for me this year. I'd be willing to bet they would really give a very noticeable effect that drastically low in bf%

Anything that elevates cAMP will help with lipolysis. Forskolin is your friend, regardless of body fat %. If your goal is to limit the stims, I would check out Sup3r-Shred + Forslean as a killer stim-free stack. Sup3r-Shred is extremely interesting. The alpha-testing results were phenomenal. If you'd like to read more... Q&A for OL UK SUP3R-SHRED

At your impressive body fat level, I would absolutely love to see what Sup3r Shred would do for you.

Good points. Also Sup3r 7 is an option as his cortisol is likely higher unless he's maintained this low of body fat for a long time.

This is a really good point as well, and at that bf%, you need all the help you can get if you're trying to shave off even a half of a percent. I say do all 3.

Agreed completely here. That would be a good addition. I typically use norcodrene or alpha lean 7 and they work for me.

  9. SNS reduce xt is definintely a good option (not a true fat burner) due to the cortisol issues mentioned above.

  10. If you're 6%, then I wouldnt think "How can I reach 5%?" I would ask "Can Letro make me look 4%?". Then, I would take Letro. Save your money buying over the counter "Fat Burners". Garbage at best these days.

  11. Oxymax would be a great option and contains very synergistic combo that all works down same pathway leading to fat loss, higenamine(b2), alpha-yo(a2), forskolin(cAMP), Amentoflavone(PDEi).

good point but i have came this far naturally and im not ready to give that up yet

  13. Really? Estrogen blockers make you UnNatural? Good to know. As for NATURAL approach, I think manipulating water instead of bodyfat is going to be the better approach for your health and performance.

  14. 6% is very impressive, curious as to why you want to get lower?

Probably. Also, taking T3 without AAS (which definitely makes you not natural) is a bad idea for people trying to do a competition.

Depends on the organization. IFPA and WNBF ban it. Might still be allowed per WADA though, you'd have to check.

WADA said it's okay as of 2016, but I would still be concerned using T3 without something anabolic in nature if you don't have a thyroid disorder.

Yeah, that too, that's kind of an important point.

To answer this question, it's one of the two hormones secreted by the thyroid, and the more potent of the two. But as Syn alluded to, it wouldn't be my choice, really, it'll likely eat up muscle as well as fat which is why running it without AAS isn't the best plan.

Exactly, it'll be doing the opposite of what you would want as a competitor: keeping lean body mass

You might also look into some of the Evomuse topicals as well.

  24. So true! Yeah, skip the T3. I still say water manipulation will make him look 4% even at 6% but not feel the horrors of 4-5%

  25. yeah i haven't done anything with water yet. just drinking 2 gallons a day right now. zero carb makes me look dry as is but im sure taking water out would be ridiculous
