PA - maximum dosage?

My bodyweight - 287 lbs - 130 kilos.
The following 2 months of going to train for competitions.
Gain weight.
I have 6 years of training.
What is the maximum dosage for strength and recovery?
Product from Fearn.
4 grams per day PA? 50 grams of SL from Fearn?

I would probably say 2 grams at most, you can try 4, but I doubt you'll notice much difference, if any, between 2g and 4g

This. Palash , you're a big dude, but 4g PA is more than 5x the studied amount shown to be effective. I have found diminishing returns after 1.5g, so I'd say 2g would be a great place to start for you. Run that for 4 weeks, and then bump the dosage up week-by-week to 4g to try and ascertain any improvements.

1-4 weeks - 2 grams per day, 5-8 weeks - 4 grams.

i take over 40 g of sl because i freaking love the taste!
So is 5,2 g of PA :aargh: i use optima brand.

1.5g is probably the sweet spot. Don't waste your money, unless you're like me and don't care. (I'm running 2400mg)
