Good selection of supps. Whey protein. Creatine. BCCA tablets or powder, Omega 369 is a must, multi vitamins, magnesium extra vitamin C with iron. Works well.

Depending on the amount of time you've been training, and your experience with supplementation, I would start with the basics first:

1. Fish Oil - to help with your joint issues
2. Creatine and betaine - I would highly recommend an ergogenic product like Powermax XT - Full doses of creatine and betaine can both help with strength and performance. Powermax XT also contains Glycerol to aid with your pump and COP to help with endurance. Betaine is beneficial in other ways, such as having an anabolic effect at 2.5 grams, which is the dose in PowerMax XT. See the articles below if you're interested in reading more about betaine, as it is often an overlooked ingredient:

http://www.ergo-log.com/the-anabolic-effect-of-betaine.html
http://www.ergo-log.com/betaine-gives-bodybuilders-more-muscle-and-less-fat.html"

3. Protein Powder - to meet your daily protein intake. However it is not completely necessary if you can manage to eat adequate amounts of protein from whole foods.

These would be the first 3 I would start with. There are more advanced products available which I can explain if you're interested, but I think these would be the best products to start with as daily staples to help pack on quality lean mass.

I've been training since 18 on and off. I just started back lifting consistent for the past 17 weeks.

So vitamins, fish oil, bcca and creatine are more year around supplements?

Anabeta elite xgels alphamax test1fy are more of cycles?

Yeah John Patterson can you fill me in with the more advanced products too

You guys know the supplements that gives you good pumps in the gym...what do you benefit from it besides the pump? The pumps go down after the gym...I guess it pumps more blood into the muscle so it'll tear down more?

Anabeta elite xgels alphamax test1fy are more of cycles?
Precisely. The products I listed above should be your staple supplements - ones you take every day year round. They do not need to be cycled. Products such as ABE, X-Gels, Alphamax XT, and Test1fy are products that need to be cycled.

If you're interested in natural anabolic products, I would recommend an Alphamax XT and X-Gels stack. Alphamax XT is a very complete product that contains ingredients to help boost natural testosterone levels as well as limit cortisol and estrogen, which can be very beneficial while trying to keep fat gain to a minimum while gaining lean mass. Alphamax XT also contains ashwagandha, which is helpful for recovery and stress reduction. Alphamax XT is a great product to use solo, but you can also stack it with X-Gels (ArA). I find ArA to be a great addition to any stack while bulking - it really helps with muscle fullness and overall strength gain.

For any products other than your staples, I would recommend running an 8 week cycle followed by a 4 week break. Almost all of the products that you mention suggest this on the label. If your training and diet are in order you will see great results with an 8 week Alphamax XT and X-Gels stack!

On a bulk my supplement regime stays roughly the same - I keep in Creatine and Betaine as my "staples" and I might add in something like Xgels or another natty anabolic. Xgels is ArA which signals for muscle growth with exercise as the stimulus. Creatine and Betaine can be picked up rather cheaply (like <$10 for a months supply). We do sell 100g of Betaine for $9 from retailer at the moment, which will give you a 40 day supply. Couple that with our Creatine, and you'll barely scrape the $10 mark per month.

As for joints, popping is not conducive to joint destruction, but discomfort is certainly annoying. Joint Support XT is an awesome option in this regard, and contains 3 patented ingredients clinically shown to reduce pain and inflammation in ~10 days.

Fish oil is what people consider a staple, but I steer clear of it as a few have tested as being oxidised by the time it hits the shelves. Hardly surprising given the unstable nature of unsaturated fatty acids. Eat more oily fish instead.

Ok so Imma get
Fish oil
Joint support xt
Creatine
Multivitamin
Alphamax xt
Xgels

Does this sound ok?
What brand creatine, vitamin and fish oil should I buy?

Do I need any pct for the alphamax xt and xgel? Will I keep my gains if diet and gym is on point?

Any other supplements I should take to help me healthy?

What is Betaine?

This

And get your staples in!

Creatine and TMG definitely as noted above.

Ergonine is a 9 in one ergogenic option for you to get it in one place, properly dosed and pretty damn tasty too.

Under $1/day to get many of the most proven natural ergogenic aids in one scoop/day.

But specific to bulking, and to make it a leaner gaining phase, I'd highly recommend the stack Dan just suggested.

What is tmg and ergonine
TMG was discussed above, another name for Betaine Anhydrous which is a natural ergogen shown to enhance physical performance in humans.

It is also very synergistic with creatine, as a potent methyl donor that aids in synthesis of more creatine within your body.

Ergonine is a natural product built to help athletes/bodybuilders perform (and look) better. It has 9 ingredients that are all beneficial to you here.

Beyond performing better it can also aid recovery, muscle fullness, fat loss, and much more.

Sounds like a solid stack that covers your staples as well as a great natural anabolic stack. Be sure to check out the sale over at Nutriverse for 20% off Alphamax XT - http://www.nutri-verse.com/

As far as creatine goes, any creatine monohydrate will be fine. You can find a generic brand online for a good price. I would also suggest Powermax XT to use as your daily staple that includes creatine. I mentioned it in my first post above, but its a great daily staple product that includes a full serving of creatine.

As far as finding a quality fish oil, there's a lot of studies done on fish oil potency and the top brands. I personally stick with Life Extension or Carlson's for the quality.

There is no PCT required for Alphamax XT and/or X-Gels. They are both natural products and do not require any PCT. If you are eating right and training hard, your gains are all yours to keep! Yes sir!

That list should have you covered for keeping you healthy. Alphamax XT has you covered with Ashwagandha and Vitamin D, which are the other staples I would suggest. But if you're using Alphamax XT then you're covered. Check the links I posted above on information on betaine

Look man do yourself a favor and dont jump on all this different stuff. Get your basics down pat. Make sure your diet , training and rest are on point.
Take yourself a multi vitamin. If meeting protein requirements is an issue get a protein powder, if it isnt even better, you cant beat real food.
Also a good anti oxidant is prudent as well. I take NAC at 600mgs/day. It converts to glutathione in the body, one of the most powerful anti oxidants that exists. NAC has specific benefits to the liver but it is actually one of the best general health supplements you could take .
Low dose daily cialis is also an excellent addition to a supplement regiment. It lower bp, keep BPH symptoms at bay, gives you amazing pumps and has the obvious sexual benefit. Just a very low daily dose , im talking like 3-5mg/day.
Thats about it man. Dont get into all this test boosting BS and what not. If you want you can add creatine, just plain old micronized creatine monohydrate. Not some super fancy bs creatine.

Looks good to me.

If you go with those, dose fish oil + joint support XT 6+ hours away from Xgels. Alphamax XT as per label and Powermax XT as per label. To save soem coin, although relatively inexpensive, a multi and fish oil aren't needed (multis have various issues with absorption, as does fish oil with potential oxidation) but if you do opt for those, Controlled Labs have Oximega (Fish oil) and Orange Triad + Greens (although I'm not a fan of greens powders, being that it is a powder, it may help overcome some absorption issues that usually plague multis).

In saying that, how long have you been training for and have you tried any of these things before? I might suggest not going "balls to the wall" with supplements unless you really have the financial means to not care. In terms of return on investment, i'd be happy saying bulk powders (Creatine + TMG being the two I recommend) and maybe one product like Alphamax or Xgels would be sufficient, then using left over coin to buy oily fish and vegetables. All of that combined is quite a bit of coin, so just factor that in to the equation.

I will add that SNS Creatine and Taurine can both be had for a cent per day combined, and last well into the hundreds of servings for <$25.

In terms of staples, thats the most cost effective option. Combined with Betaine, per month all three are essentially a non expense.

Looks like a solid setup. There's no need to cycle PowerMax XT. I would use it as a daily staple supplement to get your daily creatine. It also contains electrolytes, amentoflavone, glycerol, and glutamine to help boost recovery and increase muscle fullness and hydration. I use it every day

If running both, 2 bottles is ideal. Xgels take 1g on training days on, on an empty stomach about 45 mins pre workout. If you cant do empty stomach, take them after a bit if a warm up.

The sweet spot for me with X-Gels is usually 4 caps about 30-60 minutes preworkout.

For Alphamax XT, I would recommend dosing 2 caps with your first meal of the day, and the other 2 caps with your last meal of the day or before bed. It's not necessary to take Alphamax with a meal, but some people have reported GI distress when taken on an empty stomach. This is due to the forskolin in Alphamax XT, so I always take each dose with a meal

X-gels are a good start and add with alcar. Betaine and agmatine or citruiline for pump. All good choices.

Walls of text in here.

Assuming your diet is fine. I'd suggest XGels or any ArA product. Alphamax XT + XGels is a popular product. We're releasing M test soon which will also be great to stack with XGels or standalone.
