Hi Guys!

Been a while since I've done a log here! Super stoked, Chuck always puts out potent products!

Going to start on the cautious side, at taking 2 DTP v3.0 + 2 Sunami upon waking, and another 1 DTP v3.0 at around 2.30pm.

Gym routine is currently a 4 day split (legs, back & bi, chest & tri, shoulders) - will be gyming 5x a week

Not sure on my current weight, I would estimate around 75kg, will post a photo later today.

These first few sessions I post this week wont be max lifting, Im just back in the gym after a 2 week injury, drunken arm wrestling tore my tricep, smart move right

Lets see what this baby can do!

Just opened the bottles to take my morning dose.

First thing I've noticed is the DTP v3.0 are substantially smaller than the previous versions, which were rather large, not that I have a problem taking pills but I can imagine for a lot of people this is much more of a convenience

Current physique - Havent gymed more than once or twice a week in 2016, been a pretty piss poor year for gyming, had no motivation and was focusing on making $$$ more than progressing my body - Ill make sure to change my priorities!

Excuse the pajama bottoms... haha

I took the plunge in February ! It's been going well, so cannot complain, beats working for the corporation machine!

Just got back from gym , did the following today:

Bench press - 80kg - 8x3
Incline bench - 50kg - 8x3
Pull overs - 25kg 8x3
Wide grip bench - 80kg 8x3 super setted with cable flies - 30kg 8x3
Tricep pulldown machine 84kgx3 super setted with triceps rope pulldown 15kg - to failure

Couldn't do dips today due to injury, hopefully going to ease into them next week, decent 70 min gym session ; glad to be back !

God damn, slept like a log last night, normally go to bed at 2am, but was gone by 11pm last night, woke up at 6.30am, which is uncharted territory for me

Time for an update!

Did back & Bis today and holy ****, weights got moved! Not sure if its my diet being in check, but today was a sick day in the gym.

Still taking 3 v3's & 4 Sunami's a day

Deadlifts - 140kg x 6 x 2 (PB), 110kg x 10

Laat Pulldowns - 70kg x 8 x 3 super setted with Seated row 60kg x 8 x 3

High Row Pulldowns - 60kg x 8 x 3 super setted with T Bar Row - 30kg x 8 x 3

Twisting Hammer Bicep Curls - 15kg each hand x 16 x 3

21's - 30kg x 21

Today felt awesome, although completely shattered after that workout, loving that im deadlifting double body weight for reps after only being back in the gym properly for 3-4 weeks. Will try and pull a 200kg (440lbs) deadlift for 1 in the next couple of weeks, without straps/belt

glad to see DTP V3 not giving the insomnia, I remember you saying you had terrible insomnia with V2.
