Hey guys, I was at walmart and saw adenosine 5 triphosphate disodium In some muscle building junk in the supplement section, who knows what it is?

That's ATP (as a disodium salt). Remember how mitochondria work from highschool biology? lol

Oral ATP supplementation may have a small benefit to muscular adaptations, but I have yet to see a study outside of Wilson's, (which I take with a grain of disodium), that shows it does much as a standalone ingredient.

When wilson does research, oral testosterone is 1000x more potent than injectable
