If you are cutting a lot, I think you will find Ignit3 can def. curve hunger. At the end of my work days, I had leftover food, which is never the case!3rd month cut

I took Ignit3 for a week, and had to stop. I was only trying to cut a little fat, but it began suppressing my appetite about 4 days in. I noticed 3 main things....
1 - Suppressed my appetite like crazy
2 - Heated up my core, even when walking
3 - Gave me an energy boost

Definitely noticed that it help me put on size and saw some decent strength increases as well. My muscles felt fuller and it definitely helped me stay lean at a surplus of calories. My training and diet both were nearly perfect as well but it def helped with recovery.What did you notice from Follidrone while bulking?

If the tea has caffeine in it then it may not be a good idea to drink it with Ignit3 (depending on your caffeine tolerance). If you are having headaches from the Ignit3 then either lower your dosage or keep it the same until the headaches go away. When your body is adapting to new ingredients/stimulants sometimes it can mess with your blood pressure and cause headaches. Either way just be careful.
I take 3 caps of Ignit3 with 1-2 caps of Combustion every day and barely notice anything. I've added caffeine or ephedrine here and there too. I don't consider it to be a real great stimulant.Ignite has 60mg of CAF per cap. Adjust accordingly. I received a 5 cap sample pack with a recent order. Took 3. I noticed some under-arm sweating and that "time to do cardio" feeling (NEAT or Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis), could have done all 5. But some of these claims of death, destruction, and heart palpitations are greatly exaggerated IMO
