Hey guys,

I'm thinking about buying some ARA soon.
I'm very skinny, trying to do a semi-clean bulk. Not sure what program I'm going to do, but right now I'm doing some powerlifting to get my strength up.

Found 200 320mg caps for $60 and figured I'd try it.

Do you guys have any experience with ARA?

When did you start noticing effects and what were those effects?

Was it worth the money?

Any tips to make it work better/ how to dose?
I heard you should take fish oil with them, but others said not to.

Please advise and share all of the ARA info you know!
Thanks!

^^^ Take a look at the link provided above and i'd go with x gels 4 caps 45 minutes pre workout on training days for 50 workouts. you could bump it up to 6 caps after a week or so.

You can also take ARA with SNS ALCAR to enhance the benefits.

I tried ARA in a pump supplement once and the pumps were massive and pretty brutal. Not sure if it was mainly due to the ARA or what, but damn

If the caps are powdered and not oil, don't buy them. I assume you found iEnhanced or a similar brand. They're underdosed in powder form. Oil is the only way to go. Get either X-Gels from SNS or X-Factor from Molecular Nutrition

Powder is roughly 5-10% ArA
Oil is 40% (maybe 45... Been a long day)

I thoroughly enjoyed my ArA run a couple of years ago. Definitely stronger and more muscular. Worth the money and would do again. As said above, SNS X-Gels or X-Factor is the way to go.

Unless you got x gels or x factor, what you got isn't gonna be good unless you mega dose it.

A lot of people go for LCLT which i think may have an edge if we are going for straight body composition changes... but i love me some ALCAR too.

OL Triumph and X-Gels are a match made in heaven. Staples + Carnitine salt + Soy granules + NAM nudes.

The nudes are like a wonka ticket though, not every tub has them. Plus, as incentive, you gotta get thru whole tub to find them at the bottom.

Cos, you know, you scrapin the bottom of the barrel with me.

I know you want to run ArA, which is fine...but reading that you are "super skinny" I would advise to only use staple supplements for now. Spend your money on quality staple supplements and learn how to nail down diet and training. Find a few routines that work well for you then add ArA to get the most out of it. It's a great product for sure. But, in my experiences, supplements can be a waste of money if you are relying on them (not saying you are) or hoping they take you to your goals faster without having diet and training down. If you need help on diet, training and/or staple supplements just let us know :)

Yeah, it's been discussed around here. It's severely underdosed. X gels is cheaper gram for gram.

As others have said, the powder caps are way lower concentration of ARA.

That element neutraceuticals product is also not labeled in a DSHEA compliant way, not that they care about the law.
