Hello to every one!
I wanted a little help to organize my stack in timing and the dosage.
It will be 2 months run.
except from the staples creatine, protein, multis and omega 3 the stack will be:
1 PA 1.2-2.4 per day from Optima-Health-Lecithin-Granules , very high amount of PA.
2. HMB 3 grs from myprotein (bulk)
3. Turk from tonvara
Tonvara TrueTurk Genuine Uzbekistan Ajuga Turkestanica Extract With Guaranteed 10% Turkesterone
4 caps per day.

Given that I am in intermittent fasting up tp 17:00 when i start the workout what is the best way to take this stack?
Also in the non w/out days
The goal will be to recomp with 3-4 days per week below maintenance cals as caloric zig zag.
I have also heard that PA next to whey- my intraworkout aminos- blunt the effect of mTOR as it will be overlap ( I think) .
