Not sure if there is a better forum to ask this in.
I am 26 years old and have my bachelor's degree in biological sciences with an emphasis in neuroscience and behavior. I also have a lot of chemistry background as I have been working in a laboratory for the past 5 years while getting my degree and also have taken a lot of biochemistry course work. I feel that the fitness industry and specifically supplement science is a huge passion of mine so I would like to explore the job market in this area.
My questions:
What are the steps I need to take to get involved in research and development within a large supplement company?
Am I even qualified for such a position? Or do these kind of jobs require a masters degree or even a PhD?
Does location (where I live) matter?
How does R & D in the supplement field even work? What does it specifically entail?
Thanks for any input
