How to raise testosterone as much as possible naturally

Thanks for having me on here guys. I need help tweaking my supplement regimen below. This is my get well plan to fix low t 377, low free t 4.6, and high shbg 46.8 My labs are attached if I did it right. I don't have any idea where to start as far as selecting supplements that really work and how much to take. Ex. my dhea was 150.4 should be 400-500. any idea how much I should start with? I picked the one there below but not sure. If this is not your first rodeo chime in please thanks

What I am taking starting tomorrow
A.M.
DHEA 30 milliliters (bio matrix) – 4 drops sublingual or 5mg equivalent to 100mg oral c
Yohimbe Bark Standardized 3% 1 cap 100mg
(AE-3) - chrysin 1g, stinging nettle 280mg, dim 200mg, bioperene 16mg
(Estrogen Detox) TMG & DMG 3g -not sure of the ratio assuming 50/50
(Vitamin Code) raw B complex 4 caps
(Sulfur Defense) 1 tsp or 5g 99.9% methylsulfonylmethane --- for knees
(Vitamin Code) raw D3 5K iu

Mid day post workout
(Vitalzym) systemic enzymes 6-caps --- for recovery assistance
Protein shake – (Raw Organic Whey) 25g, 12oz. Raw/unpasteurized milk, 1 frozen banana, ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
(Sulfur Defense) 1 tsp or 5g 99.9% methylsulfonylmethane ---- for knees
Turmeric 1g – for C reactive protein
(Vitamin Code) raw zinc 30mg, with C 60mg

Evening
(Estrogen Detox) TMG & DMG 3g -not sure of the ratio assuming 50/50
(Vitamin Code) raw zinc 30mg, with C 60mg
Milk Thistle 350mg ---- for liver
(Vitamin Code) multivitamin 50 & wiser 4 caps

I usually eat eggs (farm fresh) & beef bacon (grass fed) for breakfast around 8:00
An assortment of mixed berries glass or raw milk pre- work out
Last meal around 6 to 7 salad & meat nothing after until breakfast

Age I’ll be 51 in September, wgt 239, bf % 36, hgt 5’-6”

I am not and have never been on any prescription medication

As far as cardio I can easily jog 2 miles in 24 min 20 if I push but I tend to get winded at that pace, my body will still let me do sprints which I think are better.

As far as Weights at the current moment 1 rep max on bench is 240 I can do 225 5x, 1 rep max dead lift 320 I can do 275 5x, squats are rough on my knees recovery takes at least 4 days usually I prefer front squats 185 5X regular squat 275 5x never gone higher

I think you're on the right track. Give this a try and see how it works. Acouple otc test boosters that are good are alphamax xt and viron by blr. You can maybe give those a try out as well.

Looks like you've done a lot of research judging by your current stack. I would agree with LeanEngineer on Alphamax XT. It contains a great test boosting profile, as well as ingredients to reduce stress and limit cortisol and estrogen production. There are a few logs currently running I can link you to if you'd like. Alphamax XT is a very comprehensive product that can help optimize hormone levels and really give you a nice boost in natural test

thanks for the encouragement, yeah link me to those logs. Side question is it true that high rep (let's say 5 sets of 15-20) squats boost testosterone more tha n 8-10 reps?

He's also using Hypermax XT as a preworkout, which won't help increase test by any means, but it can definitely help with overall gym performance, energy, and focus.

To answer your question on higher rep squats, I've done some research on the topic and I don't feel like there's enough evidence to support the argument for higher rep squats over 8-10 rep sets. Hopefully others will chime in, but in my personal experience and research I don't see higher reps having any added testosterone benefit over lower rep sets. That isn't to say that I don't incorporate higher rep sets from time to time to add variety and challenge myself, but I don't think the higher reps directly correlate with increases test levels at all.

Have you had your estrogen tested..?

Just wondering if it is high as well... then i would recommend adding an AI to your test booster.

not yet my estradiol on this particular test is 19.1 not sure in what way it would relate to other estrogen readings. I may include that in my next round of testing in 3 months. What should I look for in particular?

If your estrogen is high, lowering it will in effect raise your test levels.

Some people see better benefits with DAA than others. I'm a "younger guy" haha and I never really felt it did much. There are some products out there that have given noticeable benefits though. Alphamax XT gave me a great libido boost, which I didn't even know was possible haha, and it also helped me obtain a leaner look while doing a recomp

I'm older at 37, only thing I ever saw from DAA was upset stomach. I'm in middle of Alphamax XT run myself. Libido is up, refractory period is down, mood has been great I feel alpha yet calm. Great stuff.

PT-Physical Therapist, DPT-Doctorate of Physical Therapist, OCS-Orthopedic Clinical Specialist...there are clinical specialist certifications in physical therapy, that a person can pursue, (ie cardiopulmonary, electrophysiology, geriatrics, neurology, sports, orthopedics, pediatrics, women's health, etc). I chose to go into orthopedics..I have more intials after my name, that are not listed..




I'm going to add DAA to my stack. I'm new so could you tell me what PT, DPT, and OCS mean/ stand for?

Best thing to Be completely natty and increase T levels is to lift have heavy, eat extremely well and get plenty of sleep.

Two supplements that can help are iForce Testabolan and Tropinol XP.

But all the supps in the batty world aren't going to
Help if sleep, diet, and training aren't in check.

Glad you enjoyed it! Adding in the Arimistane is almost like having the OG Alphamax with added extras haha, nicely done. Were you bulking or cutting for this run?

I'm older too. Out of all the stuff I've tried in the last 2+ years (a lot, mostly in the beginning, early research stage), and going by oily skin (acne) and how much I wanted to bang my wife - only 3 products have made me go "hmmmm". The first was on a 1 & 4 DHEA cycle (so - confounded right off the bat, LOL) where I was taking NOW TestoJack200 - you can look at what's in it, but it was probably the... ---> Second time was pure Tongkat Ali from a UK supplier (Not LJ100, but a high Eurycomanone content product - never tried LJ but it may be cool too). Final time, which is right now, 2 weeks out of PCT is Shilajit from a bulk powder supplier (It's not the "tar" like pure substance, but a brown powder. Allegedly HPLC'd and damn if my chest and scalp hasn't broken out???). Everything else (and I'm talking base compounds here in the proper amounts, not name brands - they'd be the same if they have the right amount of each ingredient) will not be a "Re-Purchase" the holy grail of if a consumer thinks something works. I also have 60 days of AgeForce Testo100 patches based on StanleyG's bloodwork results - but I have yet to use them (they also contain, guess what? LongJack/TA). Just my 0.2

Standard day usually goes something like this:
BFT - 4 eggs w/cheese & salsa 3 slices beef bacon 1 c.raw kefir or 1/2 c.raw cream & 1st stack (and I'm literally full)

LUNCH - blueberries blackberries raspberries 6 oz. each 1 to 1-1/2 c raw milk & 2nd stack (and I'm full again)

1st workout

Protein shake – (Raw Organic Whey) 25g, 12oz. Raw/unpasteurized milk, 1 frozen banana, ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon

DINNER - salad (arugula or kale) with tuna or cod liver, sweet potato or fonio (some type of complex carb) if I don't have meat with the salad at least twice a week I'll fire up the charcoal grill and throw on a ribeye steak my favorite or a 1/2 burger only time I'll eat bread. If I don't have the salad I usually have some type of vegetable like steamed brocoli,sauteed in butter brussel sprouts meat of some sort in complex carb (and I'm full again)

2nd workout weights,cardio HIIT/ sprints or jog 2 mi depends on how I feel

If hungry PROTEIN SHAKE

(2 days on 1 day off)

Eating this way I have no cravings, and never hungry I used to eat way more in my 20's I guess it's different in the 50's

I don't eat fast food, nor do I it processed foods, not because I don't like it but I can't get away with it anymore. Ex. when I go on vacation I usually gain 3/4 pound for every day while on vacation the gains come off once back home

I think I'm metabolically damaged, therefore I'm trying to eat nutrient dense and clean, organic foods as much as possible, Hope I can fix this naturally

Cutting, I like the new formula a lot Alphamax is my fav for a solo run or stack, just switched over to DAA and Arimistane..been less than a week and I'm breaking out, better sense of well being, and irritability and aggression is increasing so I'm wondering about getting test levels checked..

A few things, when you post labs black out all personal identifying info.

Secondly, I'm not sure why you're attempting to throw a bunch of supplements at this issue. Your labs are all over the place and as such you should see a doctor about fixing these issues. If you were a healthy male then sure you could try a few things out here and there but you have quite a few levels that are out of whack.

Thirdly, stop eating organic. Seriously, completely unnecessary.

Your standard doctor will not do anything most of the time, unless your out of the reference range, therefore I'm looking at anti aging doctors in such that are geared more towards optimal ranges vs. functional range. The closest one so far is 2 hours away still looking.

I didn't know this until about a week ago but Ferritin Serum should never be above 100, however the reference range is 30-400 makes you think, anyway I can fix that by donating blood periodically and see if that helps my other labs.

There is a book called "The Great Cholesteral Con" by Anthony Colpo it is very informative I've learned alot from it.

Can't, I'll get my pee-pee smacked. Search old posts, I'm sure it's still listed in some. The Shilajit is from one of the bigger powder suppliers in the US.

That's not necessarily true. What state are you in? It's pretty well recognized that anything as low as yourself should be treated clinically.

I can do a quick search for ya to see if any docs out here have affiliates out there for ya
