Ksm66, Orange Triad, and what else?

Currently my staple general health supplements are ksm66, Orange triad, fish oil. Are any of you incorporating other anti oxidants on top of ksm66? What other kind of staples are you running with it?

Not really looking for natty anabolics or that type of stuff, more general health.

I like spirulina, bromelain (I see it's already in OT), and boswellia (AKBA).

IMO that is a beautiful general health stack.

My one addition might be ALA, or NaR+ALA

Great general health benefits, have featured it a few times in articles now.

Aside from that it would be goal-dependant

I think that really matters on what your goal is. I change my staples based on cut or bulk.

Sometimes i see ppl throwing in an omega supp as a staple or creatine as a staple as well.

I had taken a general ashwa supp for a while and didn't notice too much. But the new standardized stuff keeps me more balanced I think.

Highly recommend.

Also, as mentioned d (especially in winter - if that's a thing where you are), k (love natto for this and gut health), magnesium, omega 3s, probiotics and/or fermented foods, cissus...rhodiola on and off...

Garden of life Primal defense ultra had been my probiotic of choice for a while. Good product and decent price.
