I am going to start a Omega CET and CEE bulk cycle. For daily dosing it says 1-3 grams depending on body weight. I weigh 248 lbs@12% BF, so I would assume I would take the 3 grams(based on a average 200 lb man). This doesn't seem like much. I know there is 2400mgs in the CET, so on workout days I was going to take the CET and 600 mgs of CEE bulk and on off days take 3 grams of bulk CEE. Do you guys think that is enough for a guy my size or should I take more? Also how much would be a waste or toxic to my system? Thanks for any help.
