What you want may be available from a compounding pharmacy in the US. It's apomorphine HCL, sub-lingual, 3mg. My doctor never heard of it, but wrote me a prescription anyway, and a local pharmacy made up a batch for me. It was 10 tablets for $50. I'm still testing it, but so far it has been helpful. The Wikipedia entry for apomorphine describes how it works, but basically for me it amplifies the effect of sexual stimulus. Completely different from the PDE-5 inhibitors like Viagra.

According to the pharmacist, the typical use for this is to induce vomiting in dogs who may have swallowed something harmful. So it's possible your local vet may know of a pharmacy that stocks apomorphine.
