Recently picked up some focus potion zembrin from Nutraplanet. Was wondering if anyone has played around with dosages? The package recommends 200mg twice a day, however everywhere I have read recommends 25-50 mg. Also, I do not have a scale with me (I'm deployed), so any ideas on the most accurate way to get such a low dose from powder? 1/4 tsp is like 560mg....
