Liver support while on an Ai ?

I read somewhere that it is recommended to take a liver support supplement while using an anti-estrogen sup. Is this true? If so, is straight up milk thistle good enough? All I'd be taking is erase during my cut

I cant see any reason to run a supplement for liver health on an anti-estrogen, but if your set on it there are no negatives to using it.

I haven't really heard that either. Haha. But tudca would be a good option for liver support.

Also never heard of it. It won't hurt if you have the extra money to spend, but I don't think it's necessary at all with erase pro

Cant see any reason why not. Especially if part of a PCT. I always continue Cycle Assist, etc thru pct and a little beyond
I don't think OP is on cycle. He just wants to run erase on a cut. No need for liver/cycle support. It won't hurt to take it for overall health, but it's not needed

Ditto, but I see only benefits in tudca and milk thistle.

There's a few AIs out there where that might be the case, but if you're just taking current Erase (Erase Pro +?) there's really no need.

If you're coming off of something else you're not mentioning and have any more specific liver concerns, TUDCA would be a good place to start, and it has some possible benefits on a cut anyway.

I run tudca while on cycle and udca while not on cycle during pct.

If you're taking Tudca or udca there is no need for the weak milk thistle.
