L-tyrosin preworkout

Thinking about adding l-tyrosin to my preworkout, whats the recommended dosage? also is acetyl-l-tyrosine a better option?

mypreworkout so far

200mg caffeine
1.5g Alcar

stacking this with High volume

also anything else that you would suggest adding?

Start with 500mg and work up from there. 1g is my sweet spot.

My exp is to go easy... For me it hits when you think you are getting a bit tired... I mega dosed it once.. It was a strange feeling.. Like i was a bit off in the head hehehe...

For one most 1g of Tyrosine will suffice. As for NALT, it varies from person to person. Some people swear by it, others say it does nothing. I like it personally, and it requires less than L-Tyrosine.

Personally I prefer L-Tyrosine. I agree start with 500mg and work up from there. I would not be afraid to go past 1g.

Just be careful not to stack it with yombine.
