Any Supps Good For Adrenal Gland Health?

Anybody got any ideas for supps that are good for the adrenal glands?

I've been taking in waaaaaaaay too much caffeine lately (and sometimes ephedrine). So, I figure my adrenals probably aren't quite optimal right now.

Try T100X, a decent means to rebuild the adrenals.

Rhodiola rosea is great for alleviating fatigued adrenal glands.

Reset AD by Palto Alto is specifically designed for this and is getting great feedback, it's cheap too!

Like he said . Forget all the above mentioned... Reset AD is it. You can use it while still taking your stims. I currently am on day for dosed at 3pills a day and RPM is making me stay up on that caffeine high all day whereas before I would take it plus leviathan at max dose and would be near as effective. Reset AD is the real deal for cheap! Reps to Palo for this one!

I'm on my 3rd bottle of Reset AD - and I've not honestly seen anything.

Took some time off (2 weeks) and started back with caffeine only (work w/o caff is just not doable right now) and didn't notice any change in tolerance.

I even took one whole bottle at 3 caps/day. The other 2 bottles have been at 2 caps a day. Still have maybe a half a bottle left (on the 3rd).

I've not honestly found anything that helps.
Time off is great and all - but I just can't get by at work in the afternoons and early mornings without some stimulant.
I get up much earlier than my body ever wants too.

BTW - way to bump an old azz thread, Chaps.

I tried everything mentioned in this thread - save for Neurostim w/o caff.

    Nothing helped.

    Just to reiterate.

Try Vitamin C and sea salt.
1gram(2 grams, 5 grams?) vit c in the morning, and 1/4 tsp of sea salt to an 8 oz glass of water.
It will help but adrenal fatigue takes a long time to fix.

Doesnt hurt to see a doctor either for some blood tests.

Sleep 12 hours a night for a few weeks if you can, if not sleep in for the extra few.
    Eat banana's (1/2 4 times a day).
Don't consume caffeine or junk foods.
    5-htp, b5, b6, potassium, zinc, magnesium.
Stop feeling sorry for your self and enjoy your life... (very effective)

I think I have seen posts that recommended prednisone or one of the corticosteroids for a quick jumpstart of adrenals. this is a great question to post in the anti aging forum as I almost think it was one of docs old posts I am remembering.
