Utilizes Gynostemmapentaphyllum Extract, which is covered on Examine. Can't say I know anything about it, but I guess posting up the ingredient should help some of the more knowledgable people chime in

have tried various jiaogulan/gynostemma extracts. planetary herbals, dragon herbs and paradise herbs. kind of energizing but nothing special. be careful as it can lower blood sugar, so watch out if you take it pre workout and workout on an empty stomach like i do

its touted as being a mitochondrial biogenesis wonder herb but i really dont think its anything special. its just like any other adaptogenic herb, but more expensive. it wont help with weight loss ...unless like i said its blood glucose control youre looking for. but seriously, look elsewhere (your diet) if thats what youre interested in
