Just wondering how come derma5strength can be taken year round without cycling, but Anafuse can't?? I'm curious because Epi can be taken year round, yet anafuse has both Epi and laxogenin.

I think it is recommended to take breaks when using anafuse but I don't think it would hurt to take anafuse year round. I've been taking it over 3 months straight right now and have good results.

Yeah both of the supplements can be taken for long lengths. That being said it's always good to take breaks at some point. I wouldn't run either of those for a full year personally. Wouldn't mind a 3-6 month run though depending.

Sounds like good advice to me.

Speaking for DermaStr3ngth, it won't affect hormones or anything like that (being a natural anabolic), so running it for long periods of time isn't going to hurt. But like Afi140 said, taking a break here and there to let your body reset is always a good idea with most anything.

I like Derma, (-)epi (EP1C) and PA from soy granuals for LONG natty runs myself (16 weeks).
