I've been using iForce Joint Help for a few years now at 1 cap twice a week. Any tendon issues clear up pretty quickly. Add in glucosamine FTW.

ELROCK is correct.

One of the most notable studies showed a 31% reduction in pain from baseline for exercise related pain in healthy men. The effective dose for this study was 3200amg daily for 8 weeks.

Anecdotally speaking, effective doses for most are 2-4g per day in separated doses.

I'd also add that Cissus is anti-inflamatory AND has the potential for muscle relaxation (at around 30min after ingestion). So avoiding pre-workout would be best.

Umm...why is epicatechins in your joint stack? The others in your stack make sense besides the epicatechin.

Well, I didnt buy it specifaclly for it's joint health properties, but catechins have shown some promising anti inflammatory properties in studies.

I have no personal experience with any joint issues (knock on wood), but my grand mother and my dad both have VERY bad knees. My grandmother is almost 90 and can't get out of a chair on her own anymore and is in constant pain. My dad has trouble standing up and walking.

I gave my dad a bottle Achilles a while back and he said it did little to help him. I think it works - but he is bad off and it just wasn't enough for long enough. This gives you an idea of where he is at.

I gave my dad a bottle of Joint Force about 2 weeks ago. 2 days later he called me on his way home from work (has an hour drive) and said "Whatever is in that stuff, it's like a miracle." I was shocked because he never says anything works and those were his words exactly. He told me putting weight on the knee still hurts, but his swelling has gone down a lot and it doesn't hurt when he pushes on the joint anymore or is just sitting somewhere or driving.

I then gave a bottle to my grandmother who said it was very helpful and has already asked me to get another bottle.

Both of these people need knee replacements and are hard to make happy. If I had problems, I would stack this with Achilles and/or Joint Help.

Just for shi7z n giggles, pound like 1-1.5 gal of water per day for the next 2 days and do ur best to stay off ur feet. Consider ice bath for ur feet as well. Like 5 minutes tops, then repeat 4-5x per day. Then report back to us.

If this provides relief, we may have a quasi "internet diagnosis"

I have the same pain as you a few months back, don't waste your money on supplement, go see a Chiropodists, I wear specificil sole in my shoes everyday now, and I don't feel pain anymore

this is just my advice, and I know for sure you are gonna buy a supplement and not see a doctor
