If you have never ran X-Gels or ArA before, run it solo before combining with anything.

Can't say for sure what the outcome will be, but I can say you will be surprised and most likely enjoy X-Gels greatly. Size and strength should be two of the major benefits you will notice depending on if you are in a gaining or cutting phase.

Run it at 1.5 grams on workout days only.

I agree with kbayne's plan to run Xgels/ArA by itself first. Responses have been very positive and it's always good to know how your body is affected by each part of a stack. A lot of people seem to get great results from stacking it with AnaBeta Elite, but you can always give that a shot later.

No, you can eat breakfast. Just dose the X-Gels as close as you can to when you begin your workout.

Yea you'll get really good pump on an empty stomach in the morning and then eat a post workout meal after.

Let us know how it goes for you. The full effects really kick in IMO about 2 weeks in, but pump may be noticeable immediately.

Wound't be a waste but the pump might be negatively affect your workout (be to intense). Try it out and see how it works out.
