yup-strafe is great-@kbayne is dosing it 3x a day right now and enjoying it. Still have not tried e9 but profile is hard to beat.

Ive always found havibgs carbs intra and post make a huge difference for me in terms of recovery.

But as for supps, HICA, Betaine and creatine have added a little benefit as well

May sound kinda crazy.. but.... Laxogenin. preferably something transdermal. Dermastrength or Iron Legion Vedius.

If you're eating enough protein then Ergonine is very beneficial because it helps with recovery from multiple angles.

HICA - is a leucine (bcaa) metabolite so thats the same pathway BCAA would hit

L-Glutamine L Alanine - delivery to muscle tissue is massively increased, and the recovery pathways can finally have potential

LCLT is an amazing recovery aid, and it aids recovery through multiple angles. First, it reduces muscle catabolism and destruction as evidenced by muscle markers of damage. Next, it reduces lactate production by increasing oxygen delivery to muscle, which should result in reduced soreness by preventing acidosis.

Choline Bitartrate - exercise depletes choline stores which results in diminished physical performance.

Creatine, Betaine, Ferulic acid for added strength and recovery benefits.

CreMax with Bulk LCLT is my go to. In terms of recovery, it contains COP and Creatine. It also has other ingredients that help with endurance and performance. If you're looking for a true all in one, Ergonine wins.

Hydro whey. On top of that, I have found everything else redundant (I haven't tried HMB-FA yet).

HMB-FA , One supplement recovery wise I can actually notice the difference when taking. Other then that as listed above, creatine , protein and HICA

I like ergonine because its cost effective and has effective doses of ingredients that help promote recovery.

Ergonine is definitely the route to go. It has everything you need. Other than that protein a good carb drink amino acids and a natural anabolic would be recovery ha

Sadly I can only eat so much on a cut :p
Ah fair play :)

If I was on a serious cut here's what I'd have on the go (excluding whey since that is food):
- CJC-1295
- L-Carnosine (inj)
- L-Carnitine (inj)
- Leucine
- Glutamine
- Glutathione (inj)

I'd most likely add 1 or 2 appetite suppressors in there too.

Not really. The only thing that really affects blood pressure in Ergonine is Ferulic acid, but it lowers it.

In my last cut I used a BCAA recovery blend which also has some electrolytes and Vitamins to help with recovery.

Actually i will have some today as well because I slept in by accident and didnt have time to make lunch :)

This is what has helped me most as well. Amino IV + carbs during my workouts and Ergonine daily.

dsade 's Evomuse STRAFE is honestly the BEST single recovery product ive ever used. Hands down. Ergonine is very good as well, very solid, but was nowhere nearly as noticable as this strafe is as far as RECOVERY.

You are getting adequate doses of so many ingredients that are nothing but beneficial to recovery, performance, and endurnace.

Beyond adequate rest and proper nutrition ;)

I'm an advocate of both Ergonine and Strafe, as well.

I get my LCLT in via intra-workout with iForce's Compete and extra HICA with my MyoSynergy, too.

nightmares of chocolate?? never :)

Haha, I don't buy chocolate when I am on a cut, just cocoa/cacao powder so i can make my own low kcal treats. Must have recovery 'supplement' lol

Such a good idea. My girlfriend got me doing this while I tried keto.
