I am just coming off a season of sports and will be lifting againg for the first time in months. cardiovascularly, i am in great condition and body fat is around 7%. i am expecting tho, many losses in stregth. I am thinking about going back to an NO2/CEE stack with ZMA at night that ive had some success with before. If anyone has any critisizm on the stack or has any other alternatives that i may consider, it is greatly appreciated.
