Hey everyone. Just a quick question. How long does it take for the "water retention" to stop after stopping the supplement (in hours/days)? Just curious because I'm visiting the beach soon and would rather retain less water.

Note: I'm aware that not everyone suffers from water retention, but I do from YHCL.

I think just a few days. Others may have a more exact answer. I'm Y sensitive, so I don't take it :(

Does the SA2-A extract in Alphamine cause retention? I really haven't noticed anything at all.

The SA-2A can cause water retention, but it tends to be significantly less or non-existent as compared to using regular yohimbine hcl or a crude extract. If water retention does pose an issue, discontinuing use for around 3 days should be enough time for it to fully dissipate.

As mentioned, 3 days should be fine (if water retention is an issue at all). That said, I discontinue use of YHCL 5 days before a competition to make sure I have more than enough time to rid myself of any extra water I may be holding.

^^ I would agree with that. 5 Days is a good rule of thumb.

I get some pretty terrible water retention in my hips/lower back that might be rauwolscine related whenever I take 3+ caps. Gone by the next day.

Then again I've been using rauwolscine/SA2-A every day for the last 10 weeks sooo
