Researchers concluded that HICA may speed recovery via a increased rate of protein synthesis

These findings are in line with the Mero et al., paper on wrestlers. An increase in the rate of protein synthesis would explain why the wrestlers experienced reduced DOMS and how they increased muscle mass.

Always have felt better recovery since i have used HICA from Cor BCAA and also Ergonine, one of the most overlooked supplements on the market IMO
