Anyone actually use this stuff whilst on cycle? I always hear of it being use whilst natty and it sounds reasonably effective but surely this stuff should be dynamite on cycle to help the gear do its thing?
I've never actually heard of a first hand account of it bein used this way as far as i can remember? If you have did you feel it was worth it? Particularly if you've been doing this a while and stuck at a bit of a plateu muscle wise?
