Hey guys. We know that creatine HCL has been around for a little while claiming **** like its better than mono and better absorbtion. I've alway taken mono, however,
I've been thinking about going on a creatine bulk cycle instead of just using a creatine blend in my PWO. Now another claim is that it doesnt require a loading phase...which i personally dont believe.
Even with the HCL it is still creatine which needs to be built up in your system before it takes effect (in my opinion). Any thoughts?
I wanna start this next week. And i'm just trying to decide if I should take a chance with the HCL.
