Anabeta Elite question

Hey just got a fresh bottle of Anabeta Elite. I did a search and couldn't find any logs. What are some of you guys personal accounts using it? It says mass increase, is it more body fat % or lean muscle? or basically no real effects just placebo?

There are lots of logs using ABE, look a bit harder

ABE will help lean mass increase, it also increases appetite in most users.

It will increase lean muscle mass, and decrease body fat %. There are several studies on the ingredients in ABE and there are several logs like D2L.

I'm actually currently taking it now. I have been dosing it either with breakfast and my post workout meal or my pre and post workout meal. 2 caps each dose. I've definitlely noticed an increase in appetite which is okay right now cause im not cutting. My carbs increased. My overall i think its a good supp for trying to bulk up and get some strength.

If the Alphamine mitigates the possible hunger increases for you then it would work very well. I find the combo very effective for body composition changes and the ingredients in both do compliment each other quite well.

The two compliment each other very nicely on a cut or recomp.

The hunger increase from AnaBeta Elite is the only issue but with Alphamine it should curb the increase. Another thing though, not everyone notices an appetite increase. So just depends how the individual responds.

Norcodrene + ABE works much better IMO if trying to control ABE's hunger, but should be fine either way op.

Also, like I stated above, not everyone noticed the hunger increase.

AnaBeta Elite and Alphamine works amazing on a cut and allows me to get great results even on those days where I slip with calories and "forget" that I'm cutting.

Alphamine and ABE work extremely well together! Im currently using both with an additional 50mg of F95 and I am recomping very nicely, it's the best of both worlds

It is increasingly hard to find logs on single products because so many logs are using multiple products at once.

The best controlled logs we have (as far as I know) are from the beta trials i.e. 'AnaBeta-01'. We were instructed not to run anything else which interfered and were told as little about the product as possible so it limits confounding variables more than sponsored logs.

Here is mine, prior to joining PES. Keep in mind this is simply for AnaBeta (anacyclus pyrethrum) and not the additional ingredients. I hope it helps.
