So I'm pretty well educated about supps for guys trying to gain muscle but the wife is now wanting something natural to help her gain some more muscle. She is on Whey and creatine already but anything in the natural section that might help her? She is in her 40's and in pretty good shape right now for some back ground info.

First and foremost, adequate protein, growth stimulus from resistance training, and enough calories to grow.

Next up I would look into something like Ergonine, which is most of the thinking done for you in that it us proper doses of many of the best ingredients around to build lean mass, and help lose fat.

Check out our write-up at athletixsports.com

What Driven said for sure^^^^^ After she seems to be stalled out she could look into our most wanted as a natural anabolic also olympus labs dermastrength.

We work with a nationally qualified figure competitor and we have her dose 2 caps most wanted pre workout and 2 pumps per day dermastrength for a extended release and that works amazing for her. Women really respond well to these types of products from what i have seen alot more drastic results. Its shocking the results she makes, people swear she runs anabolics/t3/clen ect.. and she hasn't touched anything exotic its awesome to see her changes week to week.

Echoing what driven said, make sure nutrition and training are in check. i.e. weights are heavy enough to stimulate growth and caloric intake is high enough to facilitate that growth.

That said, ergonine would be an excellent choice. It would cover all her basics

I'm also going to agree with the Ergonine recommendations. It covers your staples in a one scoop, great tasting product. That should certainly assist her with reaching her goals.

One thing to keep in mind, most women I have helped all say the say thing, "I don't want to get to big" she will never get to big unless she wants to. Any woman that has gotten really big has done so with the help of ASS/Male hormones. So if she trains hard, eats right, supplements smart, she can have a sexy, well toned body with enough muscle mass to look toned and athletic ! Good luck.

I wouldnt recommend the GW 501516 for anyone to use. It was a research chem that GlaxoSmithKline was studying for fat loss and endurance I believe. Many people called it endurobol. The compound was found to significantly increase the chances of developing cancer and development of the drug was subsequently halted. It has a ton of benefits and could of been a huge health breakthrough but I believe the potential for serious negative effects outs weighs the positive effects in this case. Very interesting compound and I would bet there will be something like endurobol one day that will have similar positive effects without the potential negative consequences . Time will tell on that one. Here are some links so you can investigate. It is just not something I would recommend anyone use but that is your choice. I am a pro choice type of guy as long as you are aware of the potential negatives then it is your choice.

Here is a link to Wiki which we all know how reliable that site is (not very reliable but it addresses the issues with the drug) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GW501516

Here is a thread from AM that talks about the possible dangers of using this compound with Cox-2 inhibitors

This is a copy and paste I saved from before (Not my research)

Just for everybody's knowledge the concern that is coming up over GW is steaming from a study on Mice that had them taking 100-1000X the recommended dosage.
The cancer roomer was further perpetuated by the World Anti Doping Agency( a litte bias maybe) and these are the same people that say steroids give you cancer.
A typical cycle of GW will be 5mg-20mg and the half life is around 24 hours so there is no real need to split dosage unless you do want to bump it up to 10 you could do 1 dose am and 1 dose Pre work out. There is no need to go higher so you can see how difficult and meaningless it would be to consume 100X the recommended dosage.
Further more it has been shown to have a positive impact on the heart
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22814748
There are also studies out there that say the GW has an anti cancer properties to it.

here is a good discussion I found on the topic
