EAA + Carbs(Gatorade) or Xtend Endurance

Personally, I would go with Amino IV and Gatorade. But what do you guys think about Xtend Endurance since it has carbs too?

The Solution posted some articles about EAA's benefits intraworkout but I want to know other opinion since I have a small tub of Xtend Endurance left.

If you have it, use it! Although I use Amino IV and HBCD's as my current intra, I have used just BCAAs in the past with great recovery. I wouldn't sweat the small difference not having the perfect intra will make

Yea if u have it definitely use it. The taste is pretty good. But next time check out some Amino's and reviews at strong supplement shop.

Costly but worth it. I just buy bulk hbcd and mix with eaas and soon mTOR PRO

Or Intra-MD would be an option.
Glycofuse + EAA/BCAA is another one as well
Depending on how you train i would suggest:

Fasted working upon waking 10g BCAA pre-workout then 10g INtra-workout +25-30g Intra-workout carbs then your first meal post-workout

or if you train fed
BCAA's could be utilized between meals 4-6 hours apart then EAA + Intra-carbs intra-workout then PWO meal after.

Use up the Xtend. No need to waste it. I'm a proponent of Gatorade + Amino IV intra so I say give it a.m shot.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I DO. On the days when i use carbs, I'm either using intra or glycofuse with bcaa and eaa.

On another note u should be good with the amino and Gatorade, but imo hbcd (glycofuse, intra ms) is much better.

Compared to Plazma which I have been using @ ~3 tubs per month for almost a year... it's cheap. LoL.

It's a very solid choice... You might alsol look into ergonine which has a ton of ingredients.

Price it out gram for gram. Many people use Glycofuse + an amino product. That ends up costing as much if not more than Intra-MD gram for gram. Buying two cheaper products and mixing them together does not necessarily make it less expensive since you need to factor in total cost.
+ No artifical sugars, sweeters, or dyes.

The nice thing about intra md is that its light, glycofuse is almost syrupy. Also intra is 30 serves at 1-3 scoops per workout, I dose according to my intensity and volume for the day.

i doubt anyone needs 100g of carbs and nearly 40g of BCAA's for a training session (3 scoops). unless your doing an ultra marathon lol

Hbcd is azing. DeDefinitely worth every penny. Carbonx used to sit in my stomach. I only used post workout. I would die if it did that intra....
