My final review on this product is that this product is a workout enhancer does not give you the tingly feeling like pre workouts that have hi stims or beta-al this def will boost your endurance to a greater level especially during cardio with training you have the drive to keep moving non stop with less rest periods during weight training .
Trained chest and triceps for the last workout did flat bench and this product has helped me increase in strength was able to do 225 on flat bench and I have not pushed myself but this def helped .
Clean energy and focus and is great to stack with a pre workout that does have high stim or beta-al . .I give this product a 10. Mixes very well no clumps the powder is very soft like and no dyes and natural flavors .
