Other than creatine does anyone know of any supplements that work best when loaded? I've recently read a few articles on loading glutamine and beta alanine loading. Thanks guys

Why do you believe creatine needs loading?

As far as I know, loading for pretty much anything is useless. It will help on each saturation quicker, but with constant dosing, one will achieve that anyways.

this. Only two I really know that reach "saturation" is daa and creatine which will happen eventually after continued use. I'm sure there are way more but they're the only two I can think of.

This will be a whole lot easier if you list some supplements/ingredients that you are interested in and ask if they need to be "loaded".

And the answer to most if not all will be no ; )

NO need to load creatine , just take 3-5g on workout days and you will be fine.

Total body creatine pool turnover is ~2 grams per day. So, if you've neared saturation from use of creatine over an extended period of time, then you are not going to retain more than ~2 grams no matter what. ~3 grams (+/- a little dpending upon LBM) is really all that's needed. As you can see from the Cr group below, most of the 10 grams of creatine taken at once goes down the toilet.

Loading Glutamine? For what a lighter wallet? Glutamine is pretty bunk in the first place.
