here is the dosing scheme that I have decided on:
24mg ephedrine with 2 scoops of alphamine upon waking on an empty stomach
24mg ephedrine with 200mg caffeine later in the day (preworkout as i work out in the afternoon)
(maybe) third scoop of alphamine right after my workout
i don't want to take ephedrine with alphamine in a preworkout scenario because that may very well be a disaster for my heartrate. anyway how does my dosing scheme look?
edit: do ephedrine and higenamine play friendly with each other or is this something that i'd need to take into consideration?
and i won't be doing any cardio while running this stack. closest thing would be walking to and from class
