What would be a good stack for follidrone and what's a good dosage running one bottle in a week. Should I run two the next time around?

1 bottle is fine to start but it really starts to shine after a couple of weeks so 2 would be ideal. Viron is popular to stack and I believe several people have been reporting nice results with Anabeta.

Stick with 2 caps.

2 caps per day of Follidrone. On workout days, I dosed them about 30-40 pwo. Non workout days I just took them in the morning. I did not stack with AB but have also heard good things. I assume you'd just follow the dosing on the AB label for best results.

I added Viron during the last 2 weeks of my 8 week run and liked it (I kept running it for 2 more weeks after the Folli ran out). Dosage was just 1 cap in the morning. Some people have gone up to 2 caps Viron but I felt no need. I also used 2 pumps of Formeron per day which kept me looking dry and hard
