No. Workout 5x5 two times a week heavy Plus cardio. I am 5'7. 175-180#. 20-17% bf. Wanting to get down to about 12-15% or whatever is possible Eating about 2200 calories. Cutting my carbs prett hard and eating about 180-200 protein. Strict water. Occasional liquor maybe. And black coffee.
Osta and Alpha T2 would be my go-to cut stack. ABE is great, but like noted above, could make you hungry. Could always just use F95 instead. You'd be golden on that stack.
