Have any of you used it as a GDA?
10-20mins before meals.

And how effective it is as a GDA

Plenty of people have and still do. I do 500-1000mg depending on carb count per meal.

Always get a nice fullness.

I've been doing 1g preWO, 1g before dinner (my biggest meal) then 1g around bedtime with some protein and usually some cereal or something...have been loving it...

I do the same. I've been tossing 1gr down the hatch AM/PM/Peri workout. Seems to be helping with the low-carb "flatness"

SNS powder is cheap and super convenient. They offer caps if you'd prefer also (easier for on the go)

For as highly rated as agmatine is around these parts, it is sadly such an underrated supplement that most people don't know about. I love it and it just provides a great sense of mental calm and real mind/muscle connection.

Well thanks guys.

The only bulk agmatine I could get my hands on is the one from iforce.

I'll be doing 1g before my PWO meal, which is usually 2hrs before my workout.

Thought about using it more as a GDA and for cognitive functions. Possibly some "pump"

I'll see how it goes, and add it to my staples on my next order. And yes, caps would be very useful

I've been taking a gram in the middle of the night when I wake up to piss with 10 g BCAA. Anyone ever try this? I'm on night 3 only.

I've read that it makes some people sleepy.

I don't know how it affects me yet since I'm only on day 2.

I think that it could, but I see it more like a mental mellowing. It calms the mind.

Yesterday I had a stressful day.
in the days before I would wake up during the night and in the morning I would wake up before the alarm I sounded.

However, last night I thought I'd take 1gr of agmatine, before going to bed.
Behold, I stayed long, deep sleep.
This morning I woke up relaxed, and I had my eyes glued, hence we understand that whole night I only slept soundly without problems.

NMDA antagonism I believe.
I woke up with racing thoughts at ~4am few nights ago. Absolutely woken in a bad manner, sleepless.
Luckily, my thoughts were constructive a bit. I thought it was glutamate that disturbs my sleep and took about a gram of agmatine with ascorbic acid. Get back to sleep in the matter of minutes.

PS Seems like offtopic though..
