Last 6 months or so got tired of PWO mixes but recently found some agmatine and forgot how much some supplementation can lead to a sick pump/wo.
Bought some bulk supps and here's what I'm working with. Results (in terms of workouts) have been killer:
1.5 g Agmatine
8 g L-Citrullune
2.5 g Betaine Anhydrous (tmg)
2.5 g Beta-Alanine
5 g Creatine mono (post wo)
Its a bit of a bitch weighing all this out on the scale every week but I'm loving this. I highly recommend bulk supplementation to anyone, far more cost effective taboot.
