Last 6 months or so got tired of PWO mixes but recently found some agmatine and forgot how much some supplementation can lead to a sick pump/wo.

Bought some bulk supps and here's what I'm working with. Results (in terms of workouts) have been killer:

1.5 g Agmatine
8 g L-Citrullune
2.5 g Betaine Anhydrous (tmg)
2.5 g Beta-Alanine
5 g Creatine mono (post wo)

Its a bit of a bitch weighing all this out on the scale every week but I'm loving this. I highly recommend bulk supplementation to anyone, far more cost effective taboot.

Don't waste time weighing. SNS makes all those in bulk power and the scoop size can give you those doses.

This is what I do and it only takes a few seconds to throw together.

Even just those first two options combined contain exactly what you need.

OP-I like your list. It's basic. I agree though with DW-weighing sucks. SNS has a good bulk line and Controlled Labs now has bulk LCLT and Creatine Mono.

I usually use a pre made preworkout like assault or enrage and then add extra creatine, agmatine and beta alanine. Easy and quick.

Better than a lot of single ingredient combos I've put together.

Agmatine- 1500mg very good
L-Citrulline- 3000mg- doesn't really do much, would replace with carnitine blend, preferably 2 grams l-carnitine fumarate and 1 gram arginocarn
Beta-alanine- 3000mg- never liked it, doesn't do anything pwo but make my girlfriends ***** itch, its funny :)
Creatinol-O-phosphate- 2000mg- one of my favourites
Trimethylglycine- 2000mg- another great one
Choline Bitatrate- 500mg- don't think this dose does much? well, i never like choline
Phenylethylamine HCL- 400mg-hm, no mao inhibitor if i see correctly, so pontless
Beta-methylphenylethylamine HCL- 250mg- this one and
N,N-Dimethyl-B-phenylethylamine HCL- 50mg-this one look interesting
Caffeine- 400mg
doesn't give me euphoria though or calm energy, is slightly nervous for me.
my favourite on the open market, ready made is alpha drive by nutraclipse, it has beautiful central stimulation. or for more strength but less stimulation their f5 is good.

i would have added something like grape seed or pterostilbene as well. also would look more into some endurance and strengt ingredients. cop and tmg are great, but carnitine is superior to citrulline i believe. i would also put some mitochondrial nutrients in there and maybe an adaptogen. sorry i can't be more specific. the first few times i used it i loved the product but then it became like any other. every first time a pwo is one favourite pwo :D
oh yeah and i like dl-phenylalanine for its pain relieving properties.

i think if they had blended some of their hard in there, like the coumaroyldopamine and theanine they would have had a better mental stimulation. some say coumaroyldopamine doesn't cross the bbb but i feel it does. and that beautiful ashwagandha :)

Yeah, I'm really loving STIMino. Its so versatile. Tastes good too. I have the pleasure of logging a tub on BB.com.

1g of caffeine is the best preworkout i have ever taken! Energy was through the roof!

Loving the discussion here

Less is more for sure, narrow it down to 4-10 ingredients, properly dosed, and it trumps any (well, most) pre made stack by a mile. Need a touch of flavor - add a scoop of Gatorade mix.

I've yet to add stims, but prob wouldn't go past a no-doze (200 mg caffeine I think). They're cheap as hell too.

My best I ever made was
1 Scoop Iforce Conquer
1 Scoop PES Enhanced
1.6g beta alanine
2 scoops Creamax (Creatine, TMG, COP)
and an extra 500mg of Agmatine to put me around 1500mg

Not for the faint of heart... but the strength gains I made with that stack were off the charts. Just scored some more Enhanced and I have some Conquer.. might have to bust this one out again a few times.

Goes to show everyone has their own little pre-workout blend they prefer, because I'd pick L-Citrulline over L-Carnitine anyday, maybe I just don't respond well to it, besides GPLC at 5g, I never felt/saw any difference with carnitine like I do L-Citrulline.

bcaas blend dosed for ~3.5 g leucine
